New construction of a retail space with subsequent tenant finish. This pre-engineered metal building was constructed for a developer who needed a new building for a growing portfolio in an up-and-coming area. Our relationship with the property developer allowed us to work with him to design and build the structure, then also finish the space for the anchor tenant they had secured.
