New construction of a retail space for a local, growing company. Our experience in retail centers resulted in being selected to complete the tenant finish. We subsequently built a relationship with the owner based on the quality of our work, which led to annual property maintenance jobs as well as special projects. This project lends to our self-performing capabilities such as; drywall hang and finish, acoustical ceilings, as well as rough and finish carpentry.
