Facilities Maintenance
Whether you manage one or multiple locations, Commerce Construction will partner with you to understand how to best use your facility. We will design a plan that addresses emergencies, desired remodels, or on-going and periodic maintenance.

We offer solutions from working with your existing maintenance team when the project requires a general contractor’s touch, or being your first contact for all your maintenance needs. Our team offers the ability to do demolition, concrete, misc. structural steel work, millwork and carpentry work, hardware, drywall and ceiling work, and partner with subcontractors for lawn care, painting, and flooring. Some of our typical special projects include changing out ceiling tile, moving walls and doors, replacing hardware, concrete equipment pads, and much more.
We have relationships with HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service providers and can coordinate service on your behalf. We can tailor your maintenance plan to whatever makes the most sense for your situation.
